2. I've found the luxury watch I want. How can I get it?
   
   Our online watch store is capable of walking you right through the process of purchasing a luxury watch from RaymondLeeWatches.com. If you are confused by any part of the process, please call immediately and we'll be happy to help.
3. What is your return policy for high end watches?
   
   Please read through our entire return policy. And as always we welcome your comments or questions.
4. How much time does it take to get my luxury watch?
   
   Most In-Stock watches ship within 1-3 days, but we ask that you allow for up to 5 days before shipping. Please call for availablilty to confirm your estimated delivery time
   *International orders will be shipped via Fed Ex.

5. Will my high end watch come with a box and papers?
   
   Almost always, the new luxury watches come with a box and the papers. With used high end watches however, it varies. We will always clearly mark each item as to whether or not this is the case.
6. I have a watch to trade in. Do you accept watch trades?
   
   Yes, yes and yes. Absolutely. We encourage trades. Just tell us about the watch you have and what watch you are interested in acquiring. 7. How do you ship? Do you insure for the full value?

8. I am located outside the United States. Can you ship watches to me? How much duty will I pay?
   
   International orders can only be shipped to the billing address if paying by paypal, googlecheckout, amazon or bankwire transfer. If a different address must be used, we may at our discretion allow such a modification provided that sufficient verification can be performed.
   
   Raymond Lee Watches does not assess duty on international orders. All applicable customs, import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details. All International Orders are subject to all applicable duties and taxes.
9. Do your high end watches come with a warranty?
   
   Each luxury watch has a warranty. New high end watches come with the warranty attached by the manufacturer and the luxury pre-owned watches come with our in house warranty. Our in-house luxury watch warranty is subject to change and for the current and most accurate terms you should feel free to call 1-800-329-4367.
10. I have been quoted a better price for a high end watch. Will you beat the luxury watch price I found?
