Raymond Lee Jewelers Return Policy

 

Pre-owned & New High End Watch Return Policy

 

All watches* and/or accessories* purchased from this site RaymondLeeWatches.com may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with the protective wrapping and tags intact. A full refund less shipping and handling (minimum $12 for watches and $3 for accessories). Credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment was received. *Gift and *Holiday purchases are an exception and must be declared as such upon purchase.

 

All of our watches and accessories are new or are pristine pre-owned quality watches that have been inspected before shipping. When you receive your watch or accessory, it is important that you check to make sure that it is in perfect working condition before wearing or removing any tags or protective wrappers. Once a watch has had its tags removed or has been worn, it cannot be returned. This also applies if the watch or accessory has been resized, unless it was Raymond Lee Jewelers that resized it.

 

If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you noticed a mechanical problem, please contact the manufacturer or us (depending on the brand and its' own policies) to have the watch serviced under the warranty. Warranty details are not covered here. We will not accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was received that way. It is your responsibility as the buyer to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working condition, before wearing or adjusting in any way.

 

Return Procedures

 

Contact us to request the proper protocol for returning your purchase.

 

Returns should be shipped via prepaid and insured delivery that is traceable. It is important that you remember, until the package reaches our facility, you are liable for it should it get lost or damaged during shipping. All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Any gift with purchase must be returned as well.

 

All returns and/or exchanges are subject to a full inspection by our returns department to ensure that the watch is unworn and retains its original tags, plastic protectors or other protective packing, box and any manual that may have been included before we process your return or exchange request.

 

Please allow one working week after your return is received for the refund or exchange to be processed. Please allow 2 week for your return to be processed in the event that it is being processed during the holiday season.

 

*Holiday Return Schedule - items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 15th of the following year without any special contact, request or arrangements being made.

 

*Gift Purchases: If you are purchasing a watch as a gift, special arrangements can be made but we must be contacted before the shipment of your purchase.

 

*Special orders cannot be returned for refund. They may be returned for exchange or store credit.

Raymond Lee Jewelers Shipping Policy

 

Pre-owned & New High End Watch Shipping Policy

 

We primarily use USPS and USPS Express for our shipments. All Domestic Shipments are Shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise requested. Shipments going to PO Boxes and APO addresses may also use USPS.  All items are shipped Adult Restricted Delivery which means the person who places the order must provide proof of identity and sign for the package.

 

Most items ship within 2-3 days, but we ask that you allow for up to 5 to 10 business days in certain instances depending on holidays or other variables.

 

*International orders may be shipped via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS.

 

We offer free USPS Priority shipping on all orders shipping within the continental US.  We  also provide free USPS Express shipping on all orders over $10,000.00 

 

Ground shipping typically takes 1 to 7 business days once the package is picked up from our facility. Please note that UPS transit time is calculated in business days excluding holidays. If you need a package that is shipped out on Friday to be delivered on Saturday, please contact customer service immediately to make arrangements and to get a quote.

 

Items that are in stock are generally shipped within 24 hours after an order is placed. Items that are not in stock may take an extra 2 to 5 days to ship. During the holiday season, please allow an additional 1 to 2 days for order processing.

 

Please make sure that your billing address and shipping address matches. We will only ship to a different address if payment is made by bank wire transfer. For fraud prevention purposes, additional verification may be necessary on your credit card account which will delay your order.

 

International Orders

Payment

 

We accept all major forms of payment on our website.

 

We can accept bank wire transfer. If you are using either one of these options, please email customer service at mail@raymondleewatches.com or call 1-800-329-4367 for instruction.

 

All payments are in US dollars. Your bank/credit card company, in handling the conversion, may charge you a nominal fee for that service.

 

Note: Due to credit card frauds online, international orders over $1000 can only be made by bank wire. When sending an international wire transfer payment, please make sure to pay all fees associated with your wire transfer (contact your bank for fee details).

 

Credit Card Verification

 

All orders are verified by our staff. To expedite this process, please be available at your phone and/or email so we can contact you. Please include the phone number to your credit card issuer in the comment area provided during checkout. For orders over $300, we may require that a copy of your credit card (front and back, you can black out the first 12 digits for your protection), an official photo identification, and in some instances your credit card statement be faxed to us securely at 561-750-8005. You may need to dial 001 first. When faxing, please note your order number on your fax.

 

If you don't have fax access, you may scan a copy and email them to us at mail@raymondleewatches.com. Again, black out the first 12 digits of your credit card number for your protection and note your order number on your email.

 

Your order may be delayed or even cancelled if we are unable to verify your information.

 

Duty and Shipping

 

International orders can only be shipped to the billing address if paying by credit card or the address on file with PayPal if paying by PayPal. If a different address must be used, we may at our discretion allow such a modification provided that sufficient verification can be performed.

 

Raymond Lee Watches does not assess duty on international orders. All applicable customs, import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details. All International Orders are subject to all applicable duties and taxes.  Failure to comply with international customs orders resulting in the non delivery of items and subsequent return may be subject to a restocking fee equal to the cost of the return shipping and any customs charges.

 

Tracking

 

Tracking for orders shipped via the USPS is very limited as the US Postal Service doesn't provide much information aside from when the package was dropped off at the post office and when it reaches its destination. Packages shipped via UPS or Fed Ex are tracked each step of the way.
